Optimism & Organization

Nothing stresses me out than packing for a vacation. When you're going away for ten days, what's NOT to bring? It's all about optimism and organization, you have to keep your cool when you stress over these little things. And staying organized when you pack is most important so you're bringing things essential to your trip. As I'm preparing for a ten day trip to Greece and Italy departing tomorrow, I've yet to pack anything. I have some kind of idea of what to bring, but I haven't gotten to the physical aspect of packing. I should practice what I preach and go organize..

I've got shoes lined up, and eliminating unnecessary pairs that I don't think I should bring is close to impossible. Same with my fashion books- To bring them or not to bring them, that is the question. I'm opting out of carrying my books with me because I won't have time to read them or room to pack them. My suitcase is limited to 42 lbs. and I'm hoping that's enough for all of my clothes.
I'm pathetic when it comes to this! But planning outfits for the next ten days isn't as easy as you'd think. Thank God for H&M, their clothes fold up so easily. Jeans that won't fold properly have come to be my newest pet peeve, I'll be leaving those at home. I've decided to relax and pack when I know what I want to take. You wouldn't think it would take me so long to figure this kind of thing out, but you're mistaken.
I'm so hyped up to travel and experience the fashion and culture of Europe! It'll be a wonderful experience, and with my best friend by my side there won't be a dull moment. But the fun won't start until I'm done packing! I should probably get to that right now. If I allow myself to stay optimistic and organized this packing will be done faster than I imagined!
