Signature Scent

High school is officially over, I don't have any homework and I'm stuck inside because of the rainy weather, so I'm back! I apologize for the short hiatus, I needed a little time off to seek out blog inspiration and story ideas. I came up with this question: do you have a signature scent or a favorite fragrance that you swear by? Well, I sure do. Sure I've switched my scent a three times, but I've always stuck with Chanel. Chanel's fragrances aren't beatable; they smell fresh, powdery, clean and very elegant to me. If I can quote my favorite movie The Women, I'll say that I've been wearing Chanel perfume "since my christening". I started off with Mademoiselle, transitioned to No. 19, and now I'm wearing Coco Noir. I absolutely adore all three scents, and I'll say that my signature scent has got to be Coco Noir.

I will say that it's definitely a bold scent, but it's light and fresh at the same time. It's a much more intense fragrance than Coco Mademoiselle, and the black on the bottle is definitely symbolic of that. Each morning I spray it on my wrists and pat it on -- do NOT rub on perfume it takes away from the scent -- and I can smell it six hours later when I return home. It's definitely a quality scent, I mean, c'mon it's Chanel. Like I said, I swear by this stuff. It's long-lasting, it's fresh, it's classy, I don't see myself changing my perfume any time soon. I'd love to hear what you ladies, and even what you men, spritz on every morning. Is it an old favorite? A classic? Something you picked up as a sample? Let me know! I can't promise I'll try it out, but I'll check it out for sure.
