This Utah weather is so crazy! One day it is sunny and I am wearing open toed shoes and short sleeves, and the next day it is a blizzard. Sometimes that weather combo happens in the same day! Times like this always gets me thinking about "what am I going to wear tomorrow?" I think that a three quarter length top with some fun booties are perfect for this time of year!
